Built on years of working together.

Whole Matter was founded by Anthony Maley, Kristof Sajdak, and Daniel Donoghue.

Our shared experience comes from building and developing Vouch, an identity technology business. The work involved creating technology and products, developing commercial opportunities, and working through the practical challenges of bringing them into use.

More than the technology.

Over time, the work extended beyond the technology itself. We found ourselves working across product, business, systems, and experience, making connected decisions about what should exist and how to make it real.

Whole Matter brings that shared experience into an independent practice, working across different technologies, opportunities, and problems.

We continue to build.

Krutho

We're also developing Krutho, a separate technology venture built around a different approach to how access decisions are made.

Krutho enables access decisions to be evaluated within the operational domain, rather than requiring every decision to return to a central authority. It continues our work in connecting technical architecture with practical opportunities.

The founders.

  • Anthony Maley

Anthony has built and led technology businesses, taking new capabilities from early opportunities toward commercial use. He connects technology, product, and business, recognizing where something could create value and working to make it happen.

  • Kristof Sajdak

Kristof is a systems architect who works through how technology operates, where its limits lie, and what makes an approach viable. He connects technical depth with the practical and commercial consequences of what is being developed.

  • Daniel Donoghue

Daniel is a design director working across brand, product, and digital experiences. He connects ideas, strategy, and technology with the people they are intended to reach, developing propositions and systems while giving them form.

One matter, worked together.

Whole Matter grew from years of working together across technology, product, business, and design. That experience established an approach in which different perspectives contribute to the development of the whole.

The founders continue to lead the practice, bringing other people and capabilities into the work where they are needed. What matters is how those contributions come together around what needs to be achieved.

Bring us the whole matter.

If you have something you want to develop, resolve, or move forward, we'd be interested to hear about it.
